Summer Job in Customer Service at Region Kalmar County

Do you want a summer job where you can be social, communicative, and solution-oriented? Then we have the opportunity for you!

Your tasks will include answering phone calls in the Region Kalmar County switchboard, contributing to good accessibility for residents and employees within the region.

You will also have the opportunity to assist customers at our information desk at the county hospital in Kalmar. Your working hours will vary as you will work according to a schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts.

About You

You have completed a three-year high school education and have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. You have experience working with service and customer interaction, preferably over the phone. Good computer skills are required for the position.

To succeed in this role, you need to be communicative, factual, and correct with a good approach in every individual case. As we work with many different tasks and you will have colleagues throughout the county, flexibility and collaboration are prerequisites. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and creative as incoming questions and problems that arise are almost always situation-specific and need to be resolved immediately.

We are looking for someone who can work full-time for eight weeks starting from week 26, with training before that.
